Grief… a universal human experience.

Grief is one of the most universal human experiences, yet it can also feel deeply lonely. It touches each of us differently and may come in waves, arrive unexpectedly, or quietly settle into our daily lives.

When we think of grief, we often think of the death of someone we love. But grief can also follow the end of a relationship, changes in our health, the loss of a dream, becoming a parent, infertility, redundancy or any life change that leaves us mourning what once was or what might have been.

There is no right way to grieve and no timetable for finding your way through it. Grief asks us to carry what has changed while learning to live alongside it. That journey can feel incredibly painful and overwhelming, but you don't have to walk it alone.

I am a counsellor offering face-to-face sessions in Haywards Heath, as well as online sessions for clients throughout the UK. If you're navigating grief in any of its forms and feel that talking to someone might help, feel free to get in touch to arrange a free 20 minute initial session with me.
